Jinnae is a Keynote speaker to government, military, education, nonprofit, law firms, and corporations on the topic of Talent Management, Generations in the Workplace, Change Management and Women’s Leadership Initiatives. She provides advisory services for Veterans (thru Boots2Business) and transitioning military members who want to start a business. Jinnae’s company also provides Human Resources workplace challenges, Resiliency & Inclusion (onboarding Vets), and Leadership Development for fortune 500 companies.

 Jinnae is certified in several Personality Assessments: CPP,  FIRO B,  360 Feedback, John Maxwell Coach and and International Speaker, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Workplace DiSC facilitator, Five Behaviors, MBTI, PROSCI Change Management, Behavioral Based Interview Structure (BBSI), Generations in the Workplace, Diversity and Inclusion. Additionally, member of: National and Prince William Society for Human Resources, American Training & Development, American Businesswomen, and Leadership Prince William class of 2020.

 Private matters: Jinnae is a military spouse, self-proclaimed Scrabble champ and Zumba instructor. What she does when no one is looking – standup comedian in her bathroom mirror. Work is great but laughter is good for the soul~

 

Bradley K. McConnell

Bradley K. McConnell 

Brad is an attorney (business and corporate law) and Managing Member of Northern Virginia Business Law, PLL. who practices in the areas of business and corporate law. He has spent 25 years representing for-profit and not-for-profit businesses in the areas of business transactions, financing, corporate structuring, contract negotiation and general business advice. Brad helps veteran-owned businesses (including VOSBs and SDVOSBs) with their organizational documents and other contracts. He has extensive experience in transactions for the purpose of financing business growth – including “angel” and venture capital/private equity deals, bridge note financings, bank lending, other private placements of equity and debt securities, and public offerings of securities (including several IPOs).

Prior to founding Northern Virginia Business Law, Brad was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group in the Tysons, VA office of Holland & Knight, LLP. In addition, Brad practiced in the Venture Capital and Emerging Growth Companies practice group at Piper Rudnick LLP (now DLA Piper).

Brad earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in 1990 and a JD from George Washington University Law School in 1995.  Since 2006, Brad has called Haymarket, Virginia home, where he now resides with his pediatrician wife, Beth, and their two young daughters.

Cathleen Karlsson

Cathleen is an Award-winning creative writer with diverse advertising agency and in-house consumer marketing experience, including online, interactive, social media, print, video, radio, TV and other broadcast communications and collateral for B2B, B2C and government and IT clients. Cathleen has led the industry in Traffic & Production Management, Senior Copywriter (Government) Senior Programming Producer (AOL-front page news carousel) Interactive Content Marketing and Content Strategist. She creates original content for both Web and print, including TV, radio and video scripts, Website design/architecture/content organization/SEO. Because of unique approach, skills and insights, Cathleen is frequently requested for Development of advertising and marketing copy; news stories and blog posts for large-scale clients.

As an art enthusiast, Cathleen has served on the board of The Fairfax Ballet Company as well as performing in the Company’s Nutcracker every year, since 2011. Known for her love and compassion for animals, Kathleen produces a newsletter for Friends of Homeless Animals. When not working or volunteering she can be found using her creativity in other areas of Arts and crafts/sewing and Creative writing.

Cathleen earned her Bachelor of Arts, English Writing (Creative Track) degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Peggy Kimmey

Peggy is founder of Kimmey Training and Consulting, Adjunct Instructor for Northern Virginia Community College, and Adult Community Education (ACE) Instructor for Fairfax County schools. Prior to becoming a consultant, Peggy was a Senior Analyst/Programmer & Anteon Task Leader, Anteon Corporation.

Peggy is an accomplished, highly skilled conference facilitator, seminar, and webinar presenter. Her engaging style makes her a highly sought-after public speaker. She is a certified John Maxwell Speaker and Coach. Peggy is one of the most creative, energetic training professionals in the business. She has extensive experience coaching, and mentoring on subjects related to Leadership Principles, Communication Skills, and Computer Applications.

As an orator enthusiast, Peggy has held several leaderships roles and placed serval times in competitions in Toastmaster Internationals.
